Frequently Asked Questions

‘I can’t find you!

WHERE ARE YOUr OFFICES?’

Find us in the Urban Equity Business Center right across from Royal University Hospital at 101- 1132 College Drive. Our parking and entrance is on the South side of the building, facing away from College Drive, on the far side of the building from The Eye Gallery. Doors locked? It must be after regular business hours. Please be patient and wait for your therapist to let you in.

Our NEW WARMAN OFFICE is located right next to the Hanson RV in South-West Warman at 903B 6th Ave South.

‘I TRIED TO CANCEL MY MASSAGE BUT THE ONLINE BOOKING SOFTWARE IS TELLING ME TO CONTACT YOU! i’ve tried calling and there’s no answer- what do i do?!’

If you can’t cancel through your account, that means it’s within the 24 hour window before your appointment. (Which may mean you’ll be asked to pay a late-cancellation fee.) Tried to call? We don’t have full time reception, which sometimes has it’s downsides- we’re not always there to answer your calls immediately. Please leave a voicemail and/or text message us 306-716-4742. We’ll get back to you ASAP.

‘Are your therapists registered/covered by insurance?’

Yes, all our RMT’s are registered with either MTAS, CMMOTA, or NHPC. They are covered by all Saskatchewan Health Insurance plans. Some Insurance plans require a doctor’s referral, but generally still should be covered.

What should I wear to my Treatment?

For massage therapy sessions, please feel free to dress according to your comfort. All of our therapists are professionally trained to make sure you are securely draped and at ease during your session. For Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions, please have stretchy/flexible pants or shorts, and comfortable/flexible tank top or sports bra. During these sessions you stay clothed, as the entire session is undraped with no sheets or covers. No oil is used in this treatment style. For Osteopathy sessions please arrive in comfortable clothing prepared for movement and manipulation.

Both the Saskatoon and Warman office are main-level and wheel chair and walker accessible.
